Combination gas-infrared and convection ovens allow us to cure coatings up to four
times faster than traditional ovens. This reduces process time and increases production
efficiency enabling us to offer very competitive pricing. Another advantage to the
our curing process is that less cycle time is required than with traditional ovens.
This means a lower risk of airborne contaminants depositing on the finish. The shortened
cure times also has a positive effect on the luster of high gloss powders. The end
result is a cleaner, more brilliant finish for your parts.
